Timur Y. Ruban

Tim Ruban is the Chief Executive Officer of Radical Computing. He's the visionary behind the concept of intelligent digital signage and its application within retail environments and public spaces, and the founder of the company.

Prior to his current role, Tim was the Executive Vice President of Frontex. In his 15 years with the firm, Tim has advised clients in a range of industries – including finance, insurance, retail, high tech and industrial – assisting businesses of all sizes in streamlining their business processes, and increasing profitability to through intelligent implementation of technology solutions. It is this experience that led Tim to the concept of intelligent digital signage.

Tim is a prolific writer, authoring more than 50 articles, white papers and position papers on application of intelligence and automation to small and medium sized businesses.

Tim is also an active philanthropist, playing an active participant role in a number of childcare agencies around the world.

Tim has an MBA from University of Hartford, and resides in the Hartford area with his wife and three children.


Peter DiCostanzo

Peter DiCostanzo is the Chief Technology Officer of Radical Computing, and is in charge of all technology operations. Peter's approach to product development is what catapulted Radical Computing to the forefront of digital signage solutions, by offering an unparalleled suite of features for a fraction of a cost of competing solutions.

Prior to his current role, Peter was VP of Enterprise Projects with Frontex. During his 5 years with the company, Peter was exclusively involved in highest grossing enterprise-class projects for the company. Additionally, Peter was responsible for overseeing technical development of Frontex’s products in the areas of e-commerce, content and digital asset management systems, and e-CRM platform. Prior to joining Frontex, Peter held a number of highly technical and managerial positions at companies such as AT&T, Micropatent, and ComPath.

Peter is a self-admitted gadget junky and an early adaptor. By his account, it is this hobby of constantly tinkering with new technologies that drives him to continuously develop and improve Radical Computing line of products.

Peter resides in the Hartford area with his wife and two children.


Dr. Alex Tsyfansky

Dr. Alex Tsyfansky is the Director of Development of Radical Computing. As a scientist, Alex's approach to data structures and development methodologies is what contributes to the ground-braking stability of the Radical Computing platform, offering its clients uptime numbers in years, not months or days.

Prior to his current role, Alex was the VP of Software Engineering for Frontex. In his 10 years with the company, Alex was responsible for management of software development team, and standardization of Frontex’s development processes. As chief software designer with the company, he lead development and evolution of FirstContact! e-CRM platform and Radical Intuition – real-time publishing automation platform.

Alex's main hobby is the lost art of armor making, where he's an active participant in the armor-making community around the world.

Alex has a Ph.D in Physics from UCLA. Alex resides in the Hartford area with his wife.


Colin Carberry

Colin joined the company as VP of Business Development in 2009. His current responsibilities include growing Radical’s presence in Europe and Asia as well as developing a Partner Programme and assisting in the organisational development of the company.

Prior to joining Radical, Colin was Managing Director of Automated Technology Europe Ltd, a supplier of real-time software tools and systems, General Manager of Little Nemo Television; a French TV formats development company, Senior Account Manager with Hewlett-Packard and Vice President EMEA for Xcelerix Inc. a developer of high performance software. With a varied career background in Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales and Marketing, Systems Design, Organisation and Methods and Entrepreneurship, Colin brings a variety of skills and many years of experience to the Company.

Colin holds a degree in Engineering and a post-graduate Management Diploma from Birmingham City University, and is registered with the European Commission as a Chartered Engineer (Eur.Ing) making him legally qualified to practice as an Engineer anywhere in Europe.
